Kurt Lyall, Head of Sales
Kurt Lyall has over a decade of experience working with customers to launch innovative web and mobile solutions, Most recently Kurt was head of TomTom's mobile division in Amsterdam where he managed projects on both iPhone, Windows Mobile, S60 and Java J2ME. Prior to TomTom Kurt co-founded FirstPartner with Justin Coelho which was later sold to Vertical Group ASA where Kurt first worked with Uwe Nitsche.
Before FirstPartner Kurt worked for T-Mobile and T-Venture developing commercial opportunities for mobile content.

Justin Coelho, Head of Operations & Delivery
Justin Coelho is passionate about ICT and business outsourcing and has over 15 years experience in these sectors. As an entrepreneur Justin was a co-founder of FirstPartner, a Market Research business and also founder of GoodFusion, an outsourcing and consulting business which he grew into a multi-million dollar business within 2 years.
Justin has worked with blue chip companies in the IT services, telecoms and recruitment industries for companies such as Vodafone Group, Dell, Virgin and Adecco. His broad experience in working with a multi-cultural workforce has helped his clients evolve into truly international organisations.
Justin holds a Masters Degree in Systems Design & Management from Leeds University in the UK and also has a degree in Engineering.

Uwe Nitsche, Head of Technology
Uwe Nitsche has over 10 years of experience in managing technology businesses. Uwe was co-founder and Managing Director of Internet Service Provider IZR Solutions Ltd and also founded Technology Consultancy NavITT GmbH in 2000 and is co-founder of flyMustang.com
Uwe was Director of Network Architecture at 186k Ltd, a British Gas venture launching a national telecommunications service and consulted his telecommunications expertise to Lufthansa Systems, to Frankfurt Airport Germany and Athens Airport in Greece. He has also been a development engineer within the German nuclear sector.
Uwe Nitsche holds an Engineering Degree in applied computer sciences (Dipl. Ing.) from the University of Cooperative Education Baden-Wuerttemberg Germany and has studied Electronics at the Technical University Delft Netherlands.
